Back in the ‘old days’ of film monthly progress photography was a staple part of every industrial photographers monthly income. To get the overhead shot was to either jump in a man basket with the help of the tower crane driver or if lucky there was a tall building on the site next door. Progress photography from the drone is now becoming very popular as it allows site and office management to get an overview very quickly of where the job is up to at a very reasonable cost.
